COLOR

Sets the console background and foreground colors.

Syntax:

COLOR [B][F]

B – background color.

F – foreground color.

Usage:

You should not include space character between B and F.

Colors can be specified by using the following color codes:

0 ‑ Black

1 ‑ Blue

2 ‑ Green

3 ‑ Aqua

4 ‑ Red

5 ‑ Purple

6 ‑ Yellow

7 ‑ White

8 ‑ Gray

9 ‑ Light blue

A ‑ Light green

B ‑ Light aqua

C ‑ Light red

D ‑ Light purple

E ‑ Light yellow

F ‑ Bright white

If you specify only one digit, it will be considered a foreground color. The background color will be set to its default value. Without any parameters specified, both background and foreground colors will be set to its defaults.

You cannot use the same color for background and foreground.
